1. Save File Decryption & Processing

Your save files are processed entirely client-side. When you upload or drop your SaveFile_Live.es3 into the scanner, the file is read and decrypted inside your browser memory using local WebCrypto APIs. Your raw save file data never leaves your computer, is never transmitted over the network, and is never stored on any server. The processing logic runs locally in your browser sandbox, ensuring absolute data security and privacy.

2. Anonymous Usage Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated traffic data about how visitors interact with our site. This includes metrics such as page views, tab changes (e.g. from the Stash Scanner to the Cube Calculator), and default currency detection hits. This information helps us understand usage patterns, optimize server costs, and improve performance. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information (PII) or game save contents.

3. Local Storage

To provide a convenient user experience, the website saves your last currency selection and a processed, anonymous summary of your save file (item counts, cube level, runes owned) in your browser's localStorage. This is done so you don't have to upload your save file on every single visit. No raw character data, Steam credentials, or personal profiles are stored. You can permanently clear this data at any time by clicking the "Forget Save" button on the homepage.
